OP files hazirah. The Complainant files a petition praying for time on the ground stated there in. Now it is 12.52 P.M. The case is taken up for hearing. None appears for the Complainant and none place the petitions even after repeated calls.

      On a close scrutiny of the materials on record, it appears that the Complainant has got ample opportunity to file the written argument but he fails to avail the opportunity even direction given upon him by this Forum. However, considering the conduct of the Complainant, this Forum is not in a position t allow further time to the Complainant for filing written argument. Hence, the prayer for filing written argument as filed by the Complainant dated 27.02.2020 is considered and rejected and the Complainant is directed to get ready for argument within half an hour.

     DA is directed to put up the case record at 1.30 P.M. before this Forum for argument, if any.

     Now it is 1.30 P.M., the case is put up before me for hearing of argument. The Petitioner/Complainant, Abul Hossain Sarkar is found absent even on repeated calls. Ld. Advocate for the OP is present. However, considering the conduct of the Complainant the case is dismissed for default.
