During the course of proceedings of this case, parties have compromised. The Complainant has already suffered a statement that he has received a Cheque bearing No.169914 dated 14.07.2017 for a sum of Rs.6,75,000/- as full and final settlement amount and now noting is due against the opposite parties and he shall not claim any amount in any manner from the Opposite Parties in future. So he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and he withdraw the present complaint being compromised, subject to encashment of the above said Cheque.

In view of statement already suffered by the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised, subject to encashment of the said Cheque. File be consigned to the record room.
