Learned Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that matter has been compromised with the opposite parties. Now he has no grievance against the opposite parties and now he do not want to pursue with the present complaint and same be treated as withdrawn. Keeping in view on the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh before appropriate court of law if so desire.
