Complainant appeared and submits that the scooty is  lying in the custody of Niladri motors. He is in need of it immediately. Direct O.P Niladrimotors to hand over Scooty immediately to complainant. As complainant is not ready to continue the case & interested for compromise  so the case is disposed. He is at liberty to file complaint afresh if matter is not settled amicably.
