Complainant has moved application dated 18.5.2022 to drop the case on the basis of settlement with the statement that the insurance company has agree to settle the claim as per its letter dated 19.4.2022 which has been filed by the complainant with application supported  with the affidavit. As the parties have settled the case out of the court, the proceedings are hereby dropped. Let the record be consigned.
