Order No.  10  dt.  10/06/2015

Complainant was absent 10/11/2014,21/01/2014,01/04/2015,30/04/2015 and 20/05/2015.

Upon such on 01/04/2015 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 30/04/2015 for filing show cause .

On 30/04/2015 and 20/05/2015 and 10/06/2015 complainant was also absent nor filed show cause.

Today i/e on 10/06/2015 complainant is still absent nor filed any show show cause.

As such this Forum holds that the complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation , and considering the above facts and circumstance s the case is dismissed for default.
