This case has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for an order directing the OP to settle the matter as early as possible by One Time Settlement (OTS) for Rs.200000/- from the petitioner under receipt thereof alongwith issuance of ‘No dues Certificate’.
By filing a petition dt. 23.02.2017, the complainant states that complainant wants to withdraw the case as the complainant does not want to proceed any further in this case which has duly been informed the Opposite Party and the O.P. is in agreement in this regard. Hence the complainant prays for a direction of disposal of the case as withdrawn.
In this situation, we are of the view that we should not stand on the way of the complainant and for that the instant complaint should be disposed of as withdrawn.
Hence,
Ordered
that the Consumer Complaint No. 188/2016 be and the same is hereby disposed of being withdrawn.
There will be no order as to cost.
Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
