ORDER

     File taken up today (17.4.2017) on the  application moved by the complainant-DH.

          Complainant-DH has made a statement that  he has received the cheque  no.814703 dated 13.4.2017 worth   Rs. 19,00,011/- from  the respondent -JD . now nothing  is due towards  the respondent- JD and thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied subject to clearance of the cheque.

          Statement of the complainant- DH recorded separately .

          Keeping in view the statements made by the complainant- DH, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

          File be consigned  after due compliance.
