                  या प्रकरणामध्ये दि. 2/1/2015 रोजी उभय पक्षानी रेकॉर्डवर संयुक्त पुरसीस दाखल केली असून त्यातील मजकुर खालील प्रमाणे आहे….

     “ The complainant and respondent through consel inform as under.

1. That complainant and respondent Micromax (N.A.1) agreed to settle the matter amicabilly.
2. The complainant shall return the original handset and or the original Job sheet ( if surrendered to service centre) to the N.A. 1
3. That the NA Micromax shall pay the cost of the mobile handset Micromax A-57 i.e. Rs.5000/- ( Rs. Five thousand) and Rs.2000/- ( Rs. Two Thousand only ) toward mental torture, expenses and all other monitory claims to the complainant. Totally NA shall pay Rs. 7000/- ( Seven thousand only) within 1 month from date of order.
4. All others claims against NA are fully and finally satisfied. No order as to cost.

         उभय पक्षाने वरील पुरसीस मधील अटींची पुर्तता आदेश पारीत दि. 22/1/2015 पासून एक महिन्याच्या आंत करावी व तसा अहवाल मंचाला सादर करावा.

     तक्रारकर्ता व विरुध्दपक्ष यांचे उपरोक्त पुरसीसनुसार सदर तक्रारीतील कार्यवाही कायमची येथेच थांबविण्यात येत असून, सदर तक्रार नस्तीबध्द करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात येत आहेत व अशा प्रकारे सदर तक्रार कायमची निकाली काढण्यात येत आहे.
