            Sh. Varun Kumar, Area Manager for opposite party.

Sh. Varun Kumar, Area Manager appeared on behalf of op and has suffered a statement that complainant has availed gold loan of the amount of Rs.74,300/- on which interest of Rs.8600/- has become and interest and penalty is included in this amount and as per settlement they are ready to leave an amount of Rs.3000/-. He has further stated that they are ready to transfer his gold loan account from Rania Branch to Sirsa Branch and total amount of Rs.79,900/- with interest is due against him and complaint may be decided as per statement. Complainant has also suffered a statement that he has received gold loan of the amount of Rs.74,300/- from op and he has compromised the matter with the op and he is ready to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.79,900/- in Sirsa branch and as per statement of Sh. Varun Kumar, the present complaint may be decided. In view of the statements of Sh. Varun Kumar Area Manager of op as well as complainant, the op will transfer the gold loan account of complainant in Sirsa branch where complainant will deposit due amount of Rs.79,900/- only as per above said settlement and the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly. Both the parties shall be bound down by their above statements. File be consigned to the record room.
