Complainant is absent without taking any steps. OP members have filed hazira. Today is fixed for filing evidence by the complainant. On a close scrutiny materials on record, it appears that since 19/02/2018. The complainant have got ample opportunities to file the evidence-in-chief, but in vain. Heard conduct shows that she filed this case against the OP members with a luxury mode which could be entered by any court of Law and also by this Commission. So, considered the conduct of the complainant this Commission has no other alternative but to dismissed the case.

            Hence, it is,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 05/2018 be and the same is dismissed for default. No cost.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
