The record is put today on the prayer of complainant.

Complainant is present and files a petition with a prayer to withdraw the case. Complainant files his Identity prove the Aadhaar Card. Let the same be kept with the record. Being asked by this Commission the complainant stated that he intend to withdraw the case at his own accord and put his signature in the withdrawal petition without having any influence form any corner.

            Considering such circumstances this Commission is of view that if the complainant doesn’t want to proceed with the case further then there is no predicament on the part of the Commission to permit him to withdraw the same.

            Hence, it is,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 75/2021 be and the same is dismissed for none prosecution.

The case record need not be put up on the  date found i.e. on 11.08.2022.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
