ORDER

         The petition dt.10.07.2018 filed by Smt Sujata Chatterjee for substituting her in place of her deceased husband Prasanta Chatterjee is taken for hearing treating the same as MA/121/2018.

Hd both sides. It appears from the affidavit filed by the Smt Chatterjee that her husband has died on 30.01.2018.

So, we do not find any impediment to allow the prayer of the Smt Chatterjee to substitute her as legal heir of her husband.

            Hence

                        Ordered,

                                    That the petition dt.10.07.2018 i.e. M.A Case No. 121/2018 is allowed. No cost.

Let Smt Sujata Chatterjee be substituted as complainant in place of her deceased Prasanta Chatterjee. Amend the complaint.

Fix 21.12.2018 amended copy of the complainant and W/A.

            Thus the M.A is disposed of.
