                    Today the case has been taken up  for consideration before Lok Adalat on the request of counsel for the parties.

                    Heard. As per statement made by the complainant, he has compromised with the OP and he has received a DD No. 633324 dated 1.8.2023 of Rs. 9,00,000/-. He further staed that he does not want to pursue the present case and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement in this regard was recorded separately on 10.8.2023.

                     Hence, in view of above statement of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.

                        Certified copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs.

                        File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
