Both parties represented.

Heard learned advocate for the parties. Case of the complainant in nutshell is that the OP’s in each other prepared the fraudent document with false signature of the complainant regarding delivery of the tiller, hand wheel and cad bell with actually delivery then to the complainant.

It is cougent to state that in course of hearing of this complaint that the OP had filed the documents relating to delivery of the tiller and other insruments to the complainant upon which the complainant submitted that the documents produce by the OP do not carry the complainants signature and the documents produce by the OP is falsed and fraudently prepared document hence and expert opinion may be cause false.

Moment of facts submitted by the complainant’s advocate himself raises to frogery and preparation of the fruadently document the very juridication of this commission seases and stads excluded.

In view of the above said facts and lack of juridication to the commission fro adjuridication of the dispute ceases and stands included the complaint cannot be held as maintainable before the commission hence complaint being not maintainable before the commission is dismissed.
