This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the appellant.
A perusal of the record shows that the impugned order was passed on 23-01-2014, the copy of which was received by the appellant on 07-02-2014 and the appeal is filed on 13-08-2014 which is apparently time barred. Since the appeal is time barred and even there is no application for any prayer for seeking condonation for delay, therefore, we do find it expedient that this appeal be dismissed being it time barred and is hereby dismissed accordingly.
Let copy of the judgment be sent to both the parties free of cost forthwith.
