This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for direction upon the OP to replace the night wear and also for direction upon the OP to pay Rs.100000/- for mental pain and agony and Rs.100000/- for harassment cost.

The record is put up today. By filing a petition today the complainant wants to withdraw the case as the dispute has been settled between the parties. So, the complainant has no grievance against the Opposite Party.

The complainant is personally present by fling hazria.

Heard. Perused the case record as well as the petition for withdrawing the case.

Having gone through the same we are of view that the dispute between the complainant and the OP has been settled. He has no other grievance against the Opposite Party. He is willing to withdraw the case. So the Forum should not stand on the way of the pious wishes of the complainant.

Hence,

that the Consumer Complaint No. CC/83/2017 be and the same stands disposed of being withdrawn.

There will be no order as to cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
