               Record is put up on prayer of the Ops. Copy of the petition has been served to the ld. Lawyer for the complainant. The ld. Lawyer for the Ops. pray for disposal of the case on the basis of the petition filed by the complaint on 25/03/13. On that date the complainant filed petition praying for permission to withdraw the case on the basis of amicable settlement    arrived at by the parties. On that date, the Ops also filed petition, praying for passing order on the ground of amicable settlement.

               Hd. ld. Lawyer for both the parties. In appears that the dispute between the praties have been settled amicably and as such, the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.
