These are the complaints filed against LIS Charitable Trust by the deposit holders.  All the complainants deposited money with the respondents on the assurance of respondents that double amount will be paid on the specific period.  But no amounts are paid so far.  Hence the complaints.

          2. In all the cases the respondents remained exparte.

          3. Complainants filed affidavit and documents.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result all the complaints are allowed and the respondents are directed to return to the complainants the double amount of deposit amounts with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of complaint till realization with costs Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven hundred  and fifty only) each within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
