          The case is that on 15/2/06 the complainants had deposited Rs.6,250/-, 5,000/-, 3,750/-, 3,750/- and 3,750/- respectively at respondent Trust.  It was the offer that the amount will be doubled on six years.  But no amount is returned so far.  So  lawyer notice was issued.   But no remedy.  Hence the complaint.

          2. The respondents remained exparte.

          3. Complainants filed affidavit and Exhibits P1 series to P3 documents.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and the respondents are directed to return the double amount of Exhibit P1 series with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of complaint till realization with cost Rs.750/-within a month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
