The case of the complainant is that the complainant had deposited
Rs. 62,500/- with the opposite parties on 13.1.06 It was assured that the amount will be doubled within 7 years. But the complainant has not get back the double amount till the time. So she sent a lawyer notice. Burt there is no amount or remedy so far. Hence the complaint.
2. The opposite parties are remained absent and set exparte.
3. The complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits A1 to A4 documents marked. There is no evidence to the contrary.
4. In the result, the complaint is allowed and the opposite parties are directed to return the double amount covered by Exhibits A1 with 12% interest from the date of filing till realization and cost Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
