Today the case is fixed for passing necessary order.

Complainant is absent today and take no steps for show-cause.

Perused the case record it appears that the complainant did not turn up since 21/11/2023 without taking any steps. It also appears that the complainant was directed to file show cause on 06/05/2024 but he did not turn up.

Today the complainant neither file any show cause nor appear in this case. So, the conduct of the complainant presumed that the matter has been settled outside of the Commission. So, there is no need to proceed further.

Hence, it is;

 that the instant case be and the same is dismissed for default  without cost.
