            The petition be treated as Mis. Case No. 16/2017.

            Heard both sides.

            We find that cause show by the O.P No.1 for their non-appearance before this Forum on previous dates is sufficient and accepted.

            Accordingly the petition is allowed

Hence, ordered,

                        the show cause petition dated 06.09.2017 filed by the O.P No.1 of the case i.e.  Mis. Case No. 16/2017 be and the same is allowed.

Thus MA is disposed of accordingly.
