As per the Office report, the record of the District Forum has been received.

                    Counsel  for the appellants has submitted that she be permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to resort to any other legal remedy, which may be available to the appellants/complainants, for redressal of their grievances.

                   In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs, with liberty as aforesaid.

                    Certified copy of the order be sent to each of the parties, free of charge.
