Both the parties are absent without any step and on repeated calls. It appears vide order no. 4 dt. 15/6/09 when the case was dismissed for default. On 6/7/09 the complainant filed a petition praying for restoration of the case and the next date was fixed on 10/8/09 when both the parties were also absent. For the ease of justice the case was ******* fixing ****** (28-8-09) for hearing of the petiton dt. 06/7/09 for the restoration of the case. But as the complainant is absent today without any step and on repated calls we are of the opinion that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case. Hence the case is dismissed for non-prosecution
