On strength of advance petition filed by the Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the case is put up today. Ld. Counsel for the complainant and the complainant  are present. Ld. Counsel for the complainant has filed a memo stating therein that the matter has been decided with both the parties amicably outside the Forum and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case. Both the petitions are seen by the Ld. Counsel for the OPs.

                In view of the memo filed by the complainant, the case is dropped and closed without cost.

Misc. Case No.10/2018

As the original Case No.21/2018 is dropped, the Misc. case is nonest in eye of law. So the Misc. case is dropped and closed accordingly.
