Parties file hazira. The OP No. 1/INS Co Ltd filed a petition for permitting them to file evidence.            The petition be treated as M.A Case No. 142/2018.

            Heard both sides.

            We find by order dated 18/09/2018 the evidence of Op sides has been closed as they failed to adduce evidence. Now by filing the present petition the Op submitted that due to some communication gap they failed to adduce any evidence which may be condoned. We find that cause shown is sufficient and prayer is to be allowed.

                        Ordered,

                                    that the petition dated 06/12/2018 filed by OP No. 1 for permitting them to file evidence i.e. MA Case No. 142/2018 is allowed. No costs.

            The OP No. 1/INS Co Ltd has filed evidence on affidavit. Copy served.

            Fix. 18/01/2019 for filing questionnaires by the Complainant.
