Complainant is absent on repeated calls. O.P’s. are represented by the Ld. Advocate.

Today is fixed for passing necessary order. On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor its Ld. Advocate is found present. It is time now 12.45 p.m.

Heard, Ld. Advocate of the O.P’s. Perused the record. It reveals from the record that on 25.09.2024 Vide Order No. 50 the Complainant was directed to file Votar Identity Card and Aadhar Card on 25.10.2024.

But on 25.09.2024 the Complainant was absent on repeated calls and the complainant did not file the Votar Identity Card as well as Aadhar Card as per directed of this Commission. It also reveals from the record that, today neither the complainant nor its Ld. Advocate is found present and did not file any show-cause today.

Accordingly we are of the view that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this case further more. 

Hence it is therefore,

                                       ORDERED

That, the instant Consumer Case being No. 03/2021 is hereby dismissed for non prosecution.

Let a copy of this Order be given to the parties free of cost.
