Hazira is filed on behalf of the OP.

Both parties file two verified joint petitions of compromise with a prayer to pass an order of award to the tune of Rs. 3,30,000/- in favour of the complainant on the ground that matter has been settled amicably by the parties out of Forum and that the OP agreed to pay Rs. 3,30,000/- as compensation for damage of the vehicle bearing no. WB-29/9886 to the complainant and the complainant has accepted such proposal.

Heard both sides over the same.

Seen and considered the aforesaid joint petitions.

Hence, on consent of the both parties, it is

                  Ordered

          that in terms of the joint petition filed today, the instant CC case be and the same is allowed with direction upon the OP to pay the sum of Rs. 3,30,000/- as compensation to the complainant for damage of the vehicle in question with 45 days from this date i.d. the OP will be liable to pay fine @ Rs. 50/- per diem from this day till full and final settlement.

The instant case is thus disposed of.
