                        The complainant has sent application for withdrawal of the case. It is stated therein the appliation that he has received cheque of Rs.15,885/- bearing No.182592, dated 21.1.2010 drawn on ICICI Bank Limited in his favour from OP towards full and final settlement, hence he does not want to pursue his case further and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
