                Today the case is fixed for compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for OP No.1 suffered his separate statement to the effect that under the instructions of ICICI Bank through Manager, the OP No.1/bank is ready to pay Rs.10,000/- to the complainant within thirty days from today as a service gesture without admitting any liability and deficiency in service on their part.

                Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the OP, he withdraws the present complaint being compromise. 

              In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
