Heard Adv.R.L.Chavan for the applicant/appellant and Adv.Shivarj Chougule for the non-applicant/respondent on the application for condonation of delay. 

        It is submitted that the applicant is a senior citizen.  No say is filed by the non-applicant/respondent.  Since the applicant was ill, he could not contact his advocate in time.  Hence, there is delay.  Said delay is marginal and neither intentional nor deliberate.  This delay of 34 days deserves to be condoned.  Hence, the order.

ORDER

1. Application for condonation of delay bearing no. MA/15/339 is allowed.
2. Delay of 34 days is condoned.
3. Appeal bearing no.A/15/758 is taken up for hearing on admission on 04/11/2015.
