Case called out.  Complainant and his Ld counsel is absent.  O.P.’s Ld counsel pressed his application dated 11.01.2024.

Despite several opportunities given, complainant failed to file any objection.  Since Complainant filed theft claim and payment of Rs.59,380/- made to complainant through NEFT on 23.03.2023.

Hence O.P.’s application dated 11.01.2024 is allowed for Want of any objection and complaint is dismissed accordingly.
