Attendance on behalf of the OP no-1 filed through his advocate. Complainant as well as the OP no-1, 3, 4 all absent.

From perusal of the record it appears that the complainant is regularly absent since after 26.04.2023, despite repeated adjournments made  on 23.05.2023, 10.06.2023, 01.07.2023, 27.07.2023, 23.08.2023 and even today. It appears that the complainant has lost interest in persuing this complaint. Hence the present complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
