ORDER

Complainant present. Heard complainant in person. Present complaint has been filed against the OP alleging mis appropriation of a sum of Rs. 20,000 by the one Mantu Kumar, collection agent of the OP. An offence relating to mis appropriation of money is triable by the competent court of criminal juridication not the present commission, hence finding no primafacie deficiency from the part of the OP named here in column no.2 of the complainant present complaint is dismissed and the complainant is advice to move the competent court of criminal juridication for redressal of his grievance.
