An application has been filed by the complainant against OPs alleging deficiency in service against the OPs under section 12 of the C.P. Act, 1986 as stated in the complaint petition.

 The case has been admitted on 25.10..2019.Though the complainant have filed Advocate Hazira on 18.04.2022 but neither the Complainant nor the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant was present on that day despite repeated call. Therefore, an order has been issued against him to file show cause as to why necessary order shall not be passed against him.

 Despite given such direction complainant did not file any reply to the show cause as directed in vide date 17, dated 18.04.2022.

Accordingly, an order has been passed, being order no. 19 dtd. 16.06.2022 by which the instant complaint has been dismissed for default.

 Let the said order be considered as part of this final order.

Accordingly,

 The instant consumer complaint, being No: CC/ 330/2019 is dismissed for default.

 Let a free copy of the order be supplied to the Complainant as per C.P.R-2005
