Put up in National Lok Adalat.

None has appeared on behalf of the appellant whereas learned counsel Smt. Anjali Gusain for respondents has appeared. 

A compromise (paper No. 41) has already been filed on record, which is duly accepted by both the parties.

As the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, the appeal is decided in terms of compromise accordingly.

The compromise shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order alongwith original file be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal / necessary action and for keeping it in record of the original case.
