Today the present complaint is fixed for tendering evidence by OP but counsel appearing on behalf of complainant tendered a statement before the Commission that OP-Bank has redressed grievance of the complainant wherefrom he is satisfied and further stated that he does not want to pursue the complaint further and requested for filing the same.

In view of the statement so tendered by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is disposed off being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties to complaint free of costs. File be consigned to record room, after due compliance.
