                   Today the present case is fixed for consideration, if any before “Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan” for disposal of pending consumer cases. The counsel for complainant has made a statement before this Commission that he wants to withdraw the present complaint under “Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan”. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                   In view of above statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
