                    Today the case is fixed for consideration on the maintainability of the present complaint but the counsel for complainant has made a statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint reserving his right of filing a fresh complaint. His statement to this effect has been recorded separately.

                   Heard. In view of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the competent authority, as per law.
