                                                                                     JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed the consumer complaint U/s.35 of C.P. Act,2019 seeking not to repossess AL 3118 IL Truck bearing Regd. No.OD-05-W-0088 and to supply copy of loan agreement, current A/c statement and reschedule the loan.  

            Agreement/contract period between both parties expired on 07.5.2023. Relationship between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor and there is no deficiency in service on the part of opposite parties, particularly when the complainant is a defaulter and this Commission is not empowered to rewrite the agreement/contra ct to reschedule the loan. Accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
