                   As per order dated 09.02.2024 contained in letter No.247-250 I am conducting these proceedings singly.

          Again none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant, despite the fact that case called several times since morning. Record reveals that six opportunities have already been afforded to appellant to appear and argue the matter at preliminary stage, but he has failed to do so. It also reveals that present appeal has been filed in the year, 2019 and since 28^th April, 2023 none has appeared on behalf of appellants, neither any representative nor any counsel, which shows that the appellant is not interested to pursue further with the present appeal. Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of appellant. Waited sufficiently. It is already 1:30 P.M. No further wait is justified. Hence, the present appeal stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
