This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of National Lok Adalat which is held on this day (13.5.2023) at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.
The parties of this case and their ld. Lawyers are found present and ready.
Heard both sides. Considered submission.
As per submission of the ld. Lawyers of both sides the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled and out of the said settlement the op has replaced the Micro wave oven without any cost. The complainant is satisfied after replacement of the said machine which is of same nature and character.
Considering the above noted factors and as the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled, the ld. Judges of national lok adalat are of the view that this case can be settled and disposed of according to the terms and conditions of the settlement which have been depicted in the joint withdraw petition dated 24th April, 2023.
Thus the joint compromise petition and withdraw petition be made a part of this order.
In the result it accordingly,
ORDERED
That this complaint case 200/2019 be and same is decided and disposed as it is withdrawn and settled. Let the joint petition dated.24.4.2023 be made a part of this order.
Let a free certified true copy of this order be handed over to the parties at free of cost immediately.
