On Close Examination Of The Said Withdrawing Petition It Appears That The Complainant Is Voluntarily Withdrawing This Case Due To Her Old Age And Sickness And She Is Not Interested To Proceed With This Case.

In View Of This Position, This District Commission Has No Reason To Stand On The Way Of The Complainant.

Thus, This C.C. Case No. 198 Of 2019 Be And The Same Is Disposed Of As It Is Withdrawn.
