Today is fixed for hearing of the execution case.

Complainant / Dhr. is absent without any steps.  Jdr. is also absent without any step.

It is now 12-45 p.m. on repeated calls neither Dhr.  or his advocate nor the Jdr. or their advocate are found present.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant / Dhr. has lost his interest to proceed with this execution case.

Accordingly, this Execution Case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

That Execution Case no.17 of 2015 be and same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost. Thus this Execution Case is hereby disposed of.
