Complainant files one petition praying for expunge of name of OP No 4 Tata Motors Finance Ltd as per ground stated in from this case which has been registered as M. A Case No. 10/2021.

            Copy served upon the OP No. 4.

            Both sides are present today and the matter is taken up for hearing today.

            Heard, both sides.

            Ld. Advocate for the complainant submitted that he has no claim/relief against the OP No. 4 Tata Motors Finance Ltd. and therefore he made this petition for expunging the name of OP No. 4.

            The OP No. 4 raises no objection.

            As the complainant himself prays for expunging the name of OP No. 4 and the OP No. 4 raises no objection, we hereby allow the petition of the complainant.

            Accordingly the prayer of the complainant is allowed and the name of the OP No. 4 Tata Motors Finance Ltd be expunged from the cause title of the case.

            B.C to comply.

            Therefore the M.A Case No. 10/2021 is allowed and disposed of.

To 20.08.2021 for steps OP No. 5 as special chance.
