06.01.2022/28.01.2022 Attendance along with a petition has been filed on behalf of the complainant stating their in that the date fixed in this case be recalled in the intest of justice, as sufficient  court fee has not been filed at the time of fling this case, due to mistake of fact.

             On personal of case record, we find that the case is pending for filing deficit court fee. As such, the complainant is permitted to with draw this case with liberty to file fresh case as prayed, along with sufficient court fee, for the same cause of action.

According, the prayed of the complainant is by allowed and the case is dismissed as withdrawn.
