          Today the case is fixed for filling w/s by the ops. Both the parties are present in the forum today. The complainant presented a petition in support of affidavit mentioning therein to compromise the case and he has already received the awarded amount, prayed in the filled petition and further prayed to the forum, not interested to proceed with the case further. Heard from the parties and on perusal of the petition as filled by the parties the case is disposed of  as withdrawn.

                                Accordingly the case is disposed of.
