                        None of the parties are present on call and no steps taken on their behalf. Perused the record.

                        On 10/10/2017 both the petitioners have filed a memo to withdrawn and close the case on the grounds that the matter has been amicably settled by him and the Ops out of this Forum. Probably for this reason the petitioners are not attending the Forum. Thus it is presumed the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with this case. So the case is dismissed due to default of the petitioner.

Misc Case No-38/2017

                        The parties are absent on call and no steps taken for them. Since the main case has been  dismissed today. This misc case is nonest in the eye of law. So this case is automatically dismissed and closed.
