Learned counsel for the OPs No-2&4 is present who has already filed written version on 2/5/2018. OPs No-1&3 are absent and no steps taken for them. Perused the record. Although OPs No-1&3 have received notice on 06/12/2017 but till today they have neither appeared nor file show cause.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant and the complainant are absent on call. Perused the record. It is seen that after filing the case the complainant is not appearing the forum and taking steps. Thus it is presumed that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case any more.

                   In R.P. No.-7/2018, the Hon’ble State Commission have directed vide order dtd. 17/4/2018 for disposal of this case within a period of 60 days from the date of appearance of the revision petition on merit including the issue of maintainability.                                                      Though the order was filed by advancing the case record on 2/5/2018 but actual the case was posted to 16/5/2018 for hearing. So the case is to be disposed off within 60 days from 16/5/2018 but the case is in adverntentely posted to today i.e. 16/7/2018. As discussed above, the complainant is not taking any steps or appearing in the forum after filing the case. So the case is dismissed due to default(non-appearance) of the complainant and closed.
